Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low T °C. Battonage applied for 3-4 months.
Color: Rose colour
Nose: Jammy notes of strawberries andcherries.
Palate:Fruity, rich flavor and full-body hugged by some soft tannin at the finish.
Enjoy it with Cyprus appetizers, sweet and sour sauces or as a cold aperitif.
Best serve at 8-10 Degrees Celsius.
