Ordering and Delivery

ORDER

You are welcome to make orders from this Website.  All orders made through this Website are in no difference to the situation where you make a purchase from our physical premise or from other retail shops in the market where we operate.  When you make an order by submitting it through this Website, you confirm and affirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions published on this Website.  

We currently accept Paypal, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX credit cards for online purchases. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST) at the rate mandated by the Laws of Singapore. Prices are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY

Our commitment is to have your order packed and ready for collection by our delivery services provider within two days after your order (excl. weekends/PH).  We use a third-party service provider for delivery and it commits to deliver the order within 3 ~ 5 days (excl. weekends/PH) after they collect the goods. 

Examples of our normal delivery schedule,

  1. Friday orders will be packed and ready for collection by our delivery provider on the following Monday. You are likely to receive your order on Thursday.

During major festive holidays, delivery may take longer by another 2-3 days.

Our delivery providers are not able to give advanced delivery notice or deliver on a specific time slot. If you have such requirements, please contact us prior to making the order or include the instruction in the Note box upon ordering. Such delivery instructions would be handled on a best-effort basis by our delivery partner.

Our delivery charges will be shown upon checking out (before you make the payment). We may offer free delivery for orders exceeding certain value or specific products. 

We deliver to all addresses on Singapore mainland or Sentosa Island. Delivery to CBD area during peak hours will not be accommodated.  

We are able to provide Express Delivery Services for an extra fee:

• Express Delivery (within 48 hours excluding day of order, Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays).

Examples of our Express Delivery schedule,

  1. Monday orders would be delivered latest on Wednesday.
  2. Thursday orders would be delivered latest on Saturday.
  3. Friday orders would be delivered latest on the following Monday.

For specific time delivery, additional fees apply. Please give us a call at +65 8800 1119 to confirm before placing your order. 

If you anticipate that there will be no person at home to receive the goods, it will be very helpful if you may give instructions on how the parcel may be placed safely outside the door. We will always take photograph to put on record if the goods are placed outside the door.

Any unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the customer supplying incorrect information or not being available to receive the goods, we will provide a free second attempt.  For any further attempts, we will charge additional $10 for each additional attempt.  If you did not hear from us, most likely due to unsuccessful attempts to contact you due to incorrect contact detail or unavailability on your part, you are required to contact us.  For orders failed to deliver within 30 days, we consider the order as void.  For void order due to uncontactable on your part beyond 30 days, there will be no refund.  

SPECIAL MESSAGE 

We are delighted to oblige if you want to add a special message to the delivery. We will print it along with the order details. You can add the instructions in the Note box upon ordering.  You may also send us the instruction (via WhatsApp or Email) as soon as your order is made. 


Please note that we do not provide gift wrapping. You may consider our Gift Box options.

YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEED 

For whatever reason, if our product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll be happy to offer you a replacement or refund.

Please let us know within 5 days upon receiving the goods, providing your reasons and/or exchange requirements.  As a fair treatment to our efforts, we require:

  • A minimum 85% of the original product must be returned to us (eg. 1 bottle consumed among a 8-bottles carton).  All unused products are in merchandisable condition.
  • The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable.

Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds/credit notes to be processed once we receive returned goods. We will endeavor to keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund/credit note.

RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGES

If there is a problem with your purchase, please Contact us within 48 Hours. You will need proof of purchase to be entitled to a refund, and we will only exchange, refund or credit an item if it does not meet the specifications or there is an unforeseeable problem with the product. Please be careful when ordering items, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for products that were mistakenly purchased. Once an order is placed and delivered, items cannot be exchanged without a re-delivery fee being made by the customer.

When your order is delivered, you are required to check and ensure the conditions of the delivered goods are as expected.  You are expected to highlight any problems to the delivery person immediately.  

We guarantee that goods delivered are in good condition and are within validity period of the products.  Expired unconsumed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
