A wine of Garnet colour. Aroma of red fruits of redcurrant, blackberry, notes of vanilla and black pepper. Fruity, rich with a round middle-palate and some coarse tannins that benefit this wine for ageing at least for 5 years.
Food Pairing Suggestions: Enjoy it with oven baked meat, pasta dishes with meat sauces or in whichever way you fancy. Best serve at 17-20°C.
