Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Nose: Red fruits of redcurrant, blackberry, notes of vanilla and black pepper.
Palate:Fruity, rich with a round middle-palate and some coarse tannins that benefit this wine for ageing at least for 5 years.
Enjoy it with oven baked meat, pasta dishes with meat sauces.
Best serve at 17-20 Degrees Celsius.
