Extra virgin olive oil is the highest grade of virgin oil derived by cold mechanical extraction without use of solvents or refining methods. Our olive oils are entirely mechanically pressed (cold pressed) using a waterless method without the use any solvent. Time from harvest to press is kept minimum so as its acidity is minimized. The extraction process takes place on the same day, the only way to ensure high olive oil quality is obtained from high quality olive fruits.
Our extra virgin olive oil has excellent fruity flavour, aroma and color. It is a perfect representation of authentic Mediterranean tradition from Cyprus.
